Looking for Android Expert To Fix Policy Violation Issue

Our app was removed from play store. Our subsequent updates are getting rejected for unknown reason and we cannot figure out as to why the updates are getting rejected. We are in immediate need of an Android expert who has expertise or worked on policy violation issues recently especially in an application where customer data is collected.
