I would like to create an app similar to the application that I will attach to this request. I would like the app to be set up similar to this attached application. My subscribers who are the end-users will be required to enter an assigned and unique username/password to open the app, for subscription purposes. When the subscription expires I want the ability to suspend access temporarily, until such time as they pay the renewal fee.
