Looking to create a multiple choice app

Hi, i want to create an app for IOS and Android. It will have 110 multiple questions. At the end the app will say how many was wrong and right or calculate the total wrong and right. if a person chooses the wrong answer there is a red x. if the person is correct there is a green checkmark. if there could be a 2 hour timer that would be awesome. I will supply the screens in adobe XD.
