Looking to create a Android Watch Health/Tracker App

I need a Health Tracker App for Android Watch (Galaxy Watch 4) and Android Devices.

The App should have the following

1. Login in the App
2. Track GPS, GYRO, Accelerometer, Geomagnetic, Barometer,
3. Track Heart Rate, O2, Is Walking + Speed, Is hand shaking/waving, and other health API Gestures
4. Write data to disk + sync with apis to the cloud
5. Start Tracking Remotely all the above info or triggered from Server
6. Launch Certain Features from hand motion gestures
7. Run in background
