Logistics Mobile App

I would like to develop a logistics mobile app to deliver medical equipments to hospitals. Hospitals can request medical equipment from various vendors / suppliers or gust bid. Suppliers give quotations and hospitals awards bid to suppliers/ vendors. Also hospitals can make monthly / weekly schedules of certain medical equipments from a supplier/ vendor. Delivery can be tracked through Google maps. The app for android and iPhone users as well as web.
