Logistic app - OCR

I am looking for a developer to create a logistic app with OCR scanning and document storage capabilities. The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android devices. The main functionality of the app will be to scan and store images and the text in the image.

Specific requirements for the project include:
- OCR scanning feature to extract text from images. The text are device ids following a given pattern.
- Document storage functionality to save scanned images
- Generate a file that is saved in OneDrive folders (different folder for each set of images)
- Get a list of projects from a database, and return the list of devices to the database.
- easy of use is critical, i.e. as few clicks and as intuitive functionality as possible
- Compatibility with both iOS and Android platforms

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms
- Experience with OCR technology and image processing
- Knowledge of document storage and retrieval systems
