Logger-Driver Booking App

I need a mobile application that lets logging contractors (“loggers”) instantly book qualified truck drivers for timber haul-outs, working much like Uber or Lyft but tailored to the forestry industry.
Core workflow
• A logger posts a load request: pickup location, destination mill, tonnage, preferred pickup window, and rate.
• Nearby drivers receive the request, review details, and tap to accept.
• Once a driver accepts, both parties see each other’s live GPS location on the in-app map until the load is delivered and marked complete.
Key requirements
• Real-time location tracking is non-negotiable; I want to see trucks moving along the route, with automatic status changes (en-route, on-site, delivered).
• Two account types must exist: Logger and Driver. Each side sees only the screens relevant to their role after sign-in.
• Ride/trip booking is the heart of the platform, so that flow needs to be clean, quick, and dependable even in low-signal forest areas (offline caching / sync a bonus).
Tech & deliverables
• Native iOS and Android apps or a robust cross-platform stack such as React Native or Flutter—open to advice, but performance in rural zones is critical.
