Locator and notification app

The solution is for groups location finder. We will need to identify Groups and sub groups. Group and sub group admins will be able to locate group memeber locations in real time. There are 4 roles to be considered
SYSTEM ADMIN
1. System admin creating the main groups
2. System admin creating/boarding main group admin users

MAIN GROUP ADMIN
1. Main group admin creates sub groups
2. Main group admin creates sub group admins
3. Main group admin views sub groups and its members on map
4. Push a message to SUB GROUPS ADMINS
5. Push a message to all sub group members
6. Report his location

SUB GROUP ADMIN
1. Creates/boards sub groups members
2. Views sub groups members on map
3. Push a message to his sub group members
4. Push a message to MAIN GROUP ADMINS
5. Report his location

USER
1. Report his location
2. Push message to SUB GROUP ADMIN
