- As borrowers,
I would like to be able to register in the platform, provide additional information for my identity to be verified(picture of my ID) and get my phone verified through OTP. Once my account is created I would like to be able to submit loan request by specifying the amount, the payback period, the number of payment instalments and select a type of guarantee to secure my loan. I would like the app to calculate the interest rate plus any fees before I submit my request
- As lender
I would to be able to register in the app as lender and my identity to be verified.
I would like to see all the loan requests submitted and be able to fund one or more by accepting the term and conditions of each loan
- As admin
I would like to review all users registration, approve or deny if the supporting information are not conclusive.
I would like the app to rate borrowers based on the timely reimbursement and lenders based on number of funded loans and accepted grace period. All unverified users
Will be rated at level 0
I would like to set interest rates of loan and the fees based on payback period and the value of the guarantee.
I would like to be able to define grace period interest rates and fees based on the additional requested time.
I would like to review, approve or denied all the loan requests before they are published
I would like to be able to confirm when the loan has been pay to the borrower and the system to start loan period.
In case a grace period is denied by the lender, i would like to be notified and the loan to be republished to other lender with the initial interest rate and the grace period as loan duration.
I would like to see all interest generated by the platform
I would like to track all the borrowers reimbursement and be notified of any defaulter.
I would like to send reminder to defaulting borrowers.
