Live soccer streaming app

I need someone to build a live soccer streaming app... we will need an admin panel from where we can add games/ stream links...., a well designed front end app that shows the games and channels and a separate player app that will receive the links and play them ( with the option of linking it with tv). the player app will also have ads using admob mediation.
