Live Stream Android App with Subscription System

I want an app where user can login/register then pay for the subscription using payment gateway like netflix then the user is able to see live streams. I need an admin panel also and one feature more is that from admin panel i will be able to update Show charts that will be showing on the user app
and streaming links also should be updated from the admin panel. Example or Inspiration App - Bollywood 365, Taj777, 777sportstv etc.
