Live Feed Manipulator Source Code

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a source code project for a live feed manipulator, which I can load into Android Studio, build, and compile into an APK for testing.

Requirements:
- Play a selected video from the phone's gallery using both Camera1 and Camera2 APIs.
- Video needs to pass Liveness & Face match tests (like Sumsub).
- Targeting a custom app for video playback manipulation.
- Utilizing LSPosed on a rooted phone.

Ideal Skills:
- Android development experience
- Familiarity with LSPosed and root access
- Proficient with Camera1 and Camera2 APIs
- Previous experience with live feed manipulation

Must-Have:
- Rooted phone (preferably Google Pixel 9A)
- Proof of experience is essential
