Linphone background calling problem Android

Hi,

I have an android app based on linphone sdk-4.4, everything works fine, and app is able to receive the calls.
but when you restart the phone and phone comes back online, If you make a call from other user on this number it does not receive the call.

You have to run the app manually and then you will be able to receive the calls.
What I need is user should be able to receive incoming calls without having to open the app after restart of phone.

Please bid if you have past experience with linphone app.
