Last Mile Delivery Optimization for Walmart

Hey there, i am working on a custom project solving the problem of last mile delivery logistics in India. The solution is tailored specifically for Walmart's Supply Chain Optimisation.
The plan is to build an automated system that assigns the new orders to drivers registered on a "delivery partner" app. The delivery partners could access a list of orders to be delivered , details of the order, pickup, drop location etc. The order will be assigned to the partner based on the order size/product size.
I was planning to use fleetbase which is an open source logistics tracking platform which offers a complete solution.
They also provide an android app "navigator-app" built in react-native and its very useful as a service. I was running into a few errors while running it locally myself.
I was able to run the fleetbase server locally but could not build the app successfully.
The challenge and requirement with the project is i need the app and fleetbase app customised to Walmart's theme, present the solution in a hackathon with a two minute video demonstration. The deadline for the same is 16th August.
