LED Controlling App

I am a small business owner with an idea. I am looking for someone to develop a mobile app for android/iOS to control a portable LED screen via bluetooth/wifi. There is currently an app called LED Space that controls the specific screens that I am working with. However, I would like to have a customized app that functions the way that I want it to.
