Kotlin & SDK Update, Patient Form Modification in ATMS app

I'm looking for a skilled Android developer to assist in updating my app to be compatible with Android 14.
Key tasks:
- Update the Kotlin version and SDK version
- Modify the patient registration form
- Change existing fields
- Add new fields (specifically test details and demographic information)
- Implement a feature that allows users to zoom in on images when taking pictures from within the app.
The ideal freelancer for this job should have extensive experience with Android development, Kotlin, and SDK updates. Prior experience with modifying app forms is a plus.
