Kotlin Bus Locating Android App

Looking for a developer skilled in Kotlin to create a bus location tracking mobile app specifically for Android. The application's functionality should focus on live tracking of bus location I have a main app and this one I just need it to get the location from the driver phone then send it to a server and in the main app i want to get it from the server and filter the location so I can ignore the locations that I get outside the area i want to cover .So its very simple just have to create 2 things, login and the way to get the location for specific bus and in the main app each bus have id .

Functionalities required:

• Live tracking(getting the location from the driver phone)
