Kotlin Android App Development - Review project and make some small updates

I have an existing Kotlin Android application and would like to add some new features to the existing application. The application allows the user to log pool chemical testing results. Currently there is an entry screen, ability to view entered data in a grid and export the data to CSV. The app uses a RoomDatabase. I would like to add a few features - a few calculation formulas based on the numbers entered and would like to add ability to write a blog / help files into the app and lastly import an existing CSV. I have detailed documentation that was used for the initial start of the project, it lists some details of the new features. Would like to discuss over chat/video the specifics. Lastly I would like to post this to the google app store and as such would like someone who has experience doing that and can talk me through the process.
