Kasified Delivery App MVP Development

Project Description:
I need an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) built for a township-based delivery app called Kasified. The goal is to allow users to order food or products from local restaurants/stores, and get them delivered.

I need three main components:

1. Customer App (Mobile)
• Browse restaurant menus
• Add items to cart
• Add delivery address manually
• Select delivery time
• Place order
• In-app payment (I’ll provide payment gateway API)
• Order confirmation screen

2. Admin Web Panel (for me as owner)
• View all orders
• Track and manage order status
• Assign orders to drivers (manually)
• Manage list of restaurants and their menus
• Dashboard with basic analytics (optional for now)

3. Restaurant Web Panel (Basic)
• Login
• Upload/edit menu items and prices
• View incoming orders
• Mark orders as ready/completed

Tech Notes:
• App must be available for Android (iOS is a bonus, not priority)
• Payment gateway: I’ll provide access to South African payment API (e.g. Paystack, Ozow, or Yoco)
• Clean, modern UI
• Backend must be scalable and easy to build on later
• Must allow for multi-vendor support (multiple restaurants using the same app)
