Job seekers Mobile Application for iOS and Android

I need a job seeker mobile application just like YY Circle mobile app that can be found on Appstore and Playstore. It's a place where job seekers can find quick info on the part-time or full-time job they're looking for. Also, they can have their own profile so another user can follow them and vice versa. This application will also include an e-Wallet feature that can be integrated with Atome payment gateway (Malaysia).
