A Job Search/Career builder Application MVP -- 2

I am looking for a talented programmer to develop an MVP for a job search/career development application on web, IOS and Android, with primary focus on profile creation and resume features. Design specifics are open to suggestions and I am willing to be flexible based on the developer's experience. The main feature of the application should be a streamlined and easy user flow that will allow users to quickly and easily search and apply for jobs. Additional features may include social networking integration to help connect professionals in the job searching space and access to additional resources and support. The developer should have experience in developing mobile applications with modern design standards and be versed in the latest mobile technologies. The time frame for the completed MVP should not exceed two weeks.
