Jitsi Android: Add two screens

For the android app version of https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-meet , two additional screens are needed: One should show up if the app is started without an explicit intent (conference url), the other one once a call is finished.
Changes should be limited to the android main activity and two (minimal) sample screens for the required functionality.
