JavaFX POC with code & 8 objectives A

2. javafx community with java 11
3. functionality - just a text box and a button, send message to all other apps
4. on receive message app should show notification (if user had allowed in browser or OS settings)
5. build for android and browser, seperate styling for each is okay but main logic and all code in one repo
6. simple background, border and 2 UI elements plus permissions, logic to use service worker if browser
7. background service if android to show notification. Like whatsapp does if u mark a contact as High Priortiy notifications and allow in android settings, shows up even if we kill the UI app, as the service still runs and it uses push. For browser - of browser supports it... should work on latest Chrome for Ubuntu and Windows
8. code should work on Mac too we will compile it on a mac and built it, but u need to ensure it meets all standards and instructions of JavaFX to build un attended and repetitidely on IOS/ mac too
