I am looking for an experienced JXR application developer to create an app for the Android platform. I don't have a detailed list of features that I want to incorporate in the application but I am open to professional advice. My budget for the project is 15 USD per each query.
The successful candidate should be knowledgeable in all the latest development tools and should be able to create a bug-free, visually appealing application. I am looking for someone with good communication skills and excellent problem solving abilities. The app should be easy to use, reliable, and secure. Therefore, good coding skills are a must.

Right now, we are struck at :
Targeting S+ (version 31 and above) requires that one of FLAG_IMMUTABLE or FLAG_MUTABLE be specified when creating a PendingIntent. Strongly consider using FLAG_IMMUTABLE, only use FLAG_MUTABLE if some functionality depends on the PendingIntent being mutable, e.g. if it needs to be used with inline replies or bubbles.
