Islamic mobile Application Development

I will make islamic application, i want it to be working on android and OIS
The application will be in arabic langauge , or do it in english and teach me how to make arabiv version .

A. 6 prayers
Each prayer has data to enter as the following
Steps counter once user press start until he stop it or add step count manualy
How many verses he read
Pray in which line
Name of mosque
Search in the the holy quran for word and user can highlighting verses he heared or read in the prayer and its saved after he high light them
Questions as do you understood the verses ?
You follow it ?
Teach it to someone? How many ?
Then there will be rating depends on the information user put
B page for kind of charites ,
User press the charity and add the amount plus comments
C page for praise user can say
For example he say golory to God , 500 times and other words 300 times , every entry to be saved and page contains chart of daily amount and charts for each words he said
And chart and be built depends on special period of time or weekly or monthly
D alarms that connected to the daily five prayers times
E tasks to do
F beep alarm
Every 1 9r 2 or 4 minutes or more depends on user require and main button to open or close the feature
G messaging between admin and users
Users with admin
