Ios App creation from Android studio based code

We are having an Android application which is running very well and his having a payment gateway integration as well as API communication with back end server application software. This is basically a simple customer application where some details which are received through API having details about small Bill items that will have to be paid online using the payment gateway. Few promo code and loyalty cards are to be added in this app and necessary discount has to be applied and based on these discounts, the payment will have to be done online. Store payments in valets, loyalty amounts, navigation, feedback, notification are also to be added in the application. The entire application is fully developed in Android studio as Java script and is available with the source code. I am looking for somebody who can view the source code and create an iOS application in a very cost effective and faster way. Those who will be interested me please kindly provide your best hourly rate and an approximate time that will be required for the development of the above application if possible with the conversion model so that we could provide this solution in a cost effective way as we are really running short of budgets.
