IoT Mobile App Developer Needed

I am looking for an Android app developer who has experience in IoT mobile app development.
We have an existing Android app and it worked fine before. Currently, it's not working properly, and I am looking for someone who can resolve the issue or rewrite the code. The features are pretty simple.
1. Add a Device (each device has an ID and coordinating QR on the bottom that is associated with the chip on the PCB inside).
2. The set up is only 3 steps (Name it, scan the QR, connect to WiFi).
3. With the physical knob in the ON position the user can then tap their device ON or OFF anytime from anywhere.
4. Also they can set each unit to a schedule to automate the ON and OFF according to a schedule.
