Invision Community Mobile Notification App

I am looking for an experienced application developer to create an application (desktop or mobile) that notifies the user of new posts and replies to threads on the Invision Community board 3.4.8. The app should be able to detect new messages on a sub forum and send immediate notifications to the user without delay. The content of the message should also be visible in the application.
