Inventory Management, Invoice, Delivery Challan

I am looking for an offline and online firebase based ERP which contains Inventory management, invoice management and delivery challan generating software. This should be built using javascript or any other framework which can be hosted in google firebase. The main reason I am saying to use firebase is because, it supports both offline and online. The web based software should be able to use in android/ios chrome/safari too. While applying also mention the estimated amount of the project.
