Inventory App for a Shop

I need to create an Inventory App on Android platform.
The app is for a shop that sells beauty products and will have different set of functions.
The shop should have two access types : Owner and Employee

Requirements:
1. Accessible to 5 users
2. Cloud sync so that stock updates generally
3. Low stock warning
4. Stock in hand value
5. Stock in hand value in terms of sales
6. Barcode/qr scanning system
7. Invoice generation for customers
8. Generation of reports:
. Monthly sales
. sales per item
. Sales per client to insert product in inventory and for a sale
