Interactive Math & Reading Learning App
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m developing an engaging mobile app for children aged 6–8 that combines the proven, bite-sized approach of TTRS with fresh, colourful design. The goal is to strengthen early-stage Math as well as Reading and Writing skills through two core activity types:
• Interactive games that let kids explore concepts hands-on, earning rewards as they master each level.
• Quick-fire quizzes that reinforce what they have just played through, giving instant audio-visual feedback and adaptive difficulty so no child feels stuck or bored.
I already have a broad curriculum outline; what I need is an end-to-end build—UX, art, and code—that turns those learning objectives into fun, trackable experiences on both iOS and Android. Clean, child-friendly navigation, progress dashboards for parents/teachers, and a lightweight database to save results locally and sync to the cloud are essential.
Deliverables
1. Clickable wireframes and final UI assets ready for hand-off
2. Modular game and quiz engine covering the Math plus Reading/Writing skill sets
3. Progress-tracking system with exportable reports
4. Tested, store-ready builds (Android & iOS) plus source code
Acceptance Criteria
• Every curriculum item playable via at least one game and one quiz
• Zero-crash performance on the latest two OS versions for iPad, iPhone, and common Android tablets
• All text-to-speech, sound, and animations load within two seconds on a standard home connection
• Parent/teacher dashboard accurately records and displays scores, time-on-task, and improvement trends
If you have a portfolio featuring Unity, Flutter, or comparable game-ready frameworks for young learners, I’d love to see it along with your suggested timeline for hitting the milestones above.
