I'm working on an exciting new project and was wondering if someone would be interested in collaborating on the development of an app. The concept is called "The Active Lottery," which combines fitness, treasure hunts, and a lottery system to encourage people to exercise. The app would be for runners, walkers, and cyclists, where users collect hidden tokens at various locations throughout the day and have the chance to win weekly prize draws.

User Profiles: Users should be able to create accounts with email and phone numbers.
Health & Fitness Data Integration: The app will sync with fitness trackers and apps (like Strava and Garmin).
Interactive Map & Geotagging: A dynamic map with changing token locations every day (accessible paths, trails, and roads).
Token Collection: Users collect branded tokens (e.g., Nike, Garmin) for rewards and participate in weekly prize draws.
Subscription Model: Users will pay a £1 weekly subscription to enter the weekly prize draw. The more tokens they collect throughout the week, the more entries they get into the draw.
Fitness Tracking: Integration with fitness apps, allowing users to track routes and achievements.
Social Features: Users should be able to follow friends, share routes, and see group progress.
Prize Draw Function: Weekly live draw of prize winners, with transparency and fairness built-in.
I need help in bringing this app to life. Specifically, I’m looking for assistance with:
