Interactive Contract Pop-Up Click Wrap App

I'm looking for a knowledgeable developer who can construct a pop-up click wrap application that allows for the development, customization, and execution of three different contracts.
Key features the application should have:
- Customizable contract templates: Allows for basic customization such as editing text fields and checkboxes. Contracts are already made they only need a few text fields that are editable
- Emailing capabilities: Once contracts are customized, I would like the app to have the ability to email these tailored contracts to their respective recipients.
- Controlled access: A unique feature of the app is providing controlled access to protected attachment information.
- Execution and Submission: Upon execution and submission by the recipient, the application should automatically format the executed document into a finalized PDF and email it back.
To efficiently traverse this project, candidates should ideally have experience in contract law and proficiency in applying it to app development. Demonstrated skills in coding, particularly in creating interactive applications and secure access tools, is a must-have. Experience with PDF formatting would also be highly beneficial.
