Intelligent Call-Centric AI Developer Needed

AI Phone Bot Developer (Incoming & Outgoing Calls – Appointment Setting & Foreclosure Outreach)**

**Description:**
We’re looking to hire an experienced AI developer to create **two intelligent voice bots**—one for incoming calls and one for outbound calls.

### **1. Incoming Call AI Bot (Case Management & Appointment Setting)**
This AI bot will act as a **virtual case manager** to handle incoming calls from homeowners. It should be able to:

- Professionally answer and handle incoming calls
- Ask a series of scripted questions to pre-qualify callers for mortgage relief programs
- Collect personal, financial, and mortgage-related details
- Place callers on hold as part of a guided flow
- Schedule follow-up appointments or transfer to a live agent
- (Preferred) Handle or initiate 3-way calls with lenders

**Note:** *I have the entire incoming call script written out, word for word, covering every question and response. You’ll just need to implement it into the voice bot with appropriate logic and natural conversation flow.*

### **2. Outgoing Call AI Bot (Foreclosure Outreach)**
This bot will be used to proactively contact homeowners regarding foreclosure risk. It should:

- Call prospects using a contact list
- Follow a pre-written script to assess their situation
- Collect relevant details (e.g. current mortgage servicer, payment status)
- Transfer live leads or schedule appointments if they qualify
- Leave a voicemail when unanswered

**Note:** *I also have the complete outbound call script written—everything the bot should say, and how it should respond depending on the conversation.*

- Natural, human-sounding AI voice
- Speech recognition and conversational branching

- Optional: Text message follow-up capability
- Optional: Integration with CRM or case management system

### **Ideal Candidate:**

- Experience with platforms like Twilio, Dialogflow, or similar
- Background in AI voice development and conversational flows
- Familiarity with mortgage or foreclosure assistance is a plus
- Able to deploy a working prototype and scale to production
