Integration SDK with android app

I am looking for a talented android app developer. I need to convert handwritten note into digital text, on clicking the convert button and all the text will be converted at the same location they are written and stored in the SQLite
1. Integrate the SDK on my canva app, I will provide the base code
2. Once the text is converted, need to store it tin the SQLite, so that we can retrieve it on second time editing
3. Need all the digital text modifications feature also, like change of font, color, size etc.
4. Should be able to undo redo
5. Text manipulation
6. Testing other open source SDK like myscript, tesseract, phatware, google ink etc.
Two separate apps, to test out the accuracy of the multiple SDKs on the same canvas. This is urgent and let me know if you are interested. I will pay higher for the exact developer.
