Project Title: Mobile App Suite for Pest Control Service (Customer & Technician Apps + Backend)
Project Goal:
To design and develop a comprehensive mobile application solution for a pest control business based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary aims are to streamline service booking and management for customers, optimize scheduling and reporting for field technicians, and improve overall operational efficiency for the business administration.
Target Audience & Platforms:
* Customers: Mobile app (iOS & Android) for booking services, managing appointments, viewing history, making payments, and receiving notifications.
* Technicians: Mobile app (iOS & Android) for viewing schedules/routes, accessing job details, updating job statuses in real-time, capturing notes/photos for digital service reports (potential offline capability needed).
* Administrators: A web-based backend/dashboard for managing customers, technicians, services, pricing, scheduling/dispatching jobs, and viewing business reports.
(Cross-platform development, e.g., using React Native or Flutter, is preferred for the mobile apps to ensure consistency and efficiency, but open to discussion based on freelancer expertise).

* Customer App: User registration/login, service Browse, booking/scheduling system, appointment management (view/reschedule), payment gateway integration, service history, push notifications (reminders, technician ETA), basic pest info.

* UI/UX Design: Proven experience designing intuitive and user-friendly mobile applications, particularly for service-based workflows. Portfolio required.
* Mobile App Development: Strong experience in developing for both iOS and Android, ideally using cross-platform frameworks (React Native/Flutter). Must be able to implement all core features listed.
* Backend Development: Expertise in building secure and scalable backend systems, databases, and RESTful APIs to support the mobile apps and web dashboard.
