Integrate Facebook audience network ads

I need programmer that can integrate facebook audience network ads in bidding mode then after activate ads with bidding i need facebook audience network ads only to work and show in my apps without to show other platform ads with facebook ads, this method is working with first of all make the app work with bidding then after the bidding is working ( facebook + any other platform like admob ) and then update the app so only facebook audience network ads only will show just need someone to do it for me because it is working.
