Integrate AdMob Interstitial Ads

Hi everyone,
I'm seeking an experienced Android developer to integrate AdMob ads properly into my existing app, adhering very strictly to AdMob policies.

Requirements:
- Add interstitial ads properly to avoid the common violation "more ads than publisher- content" I have attached a screenshot of it. The app code is Kotlin.
