Integrate AWS Authentication into our Android App

I need an expert in AWS and Android app development to integrate a robust authentication system into my new Android app.

Key Requirements:
- Implement Email and SMS based authentication.
- Enable functionalities for User login and registration, Password recovery, and Account verification via email or SMS.
- Create a system for Custom Permissions for Specific Actions to control user access.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Android app development and AWS services.
- Extensive experience with implementing secure authentication systems.
- Ability to create intricate and customized permissions systems.

Requirements:
• Requirement is to add the AWS Authentication (using Cognito) to our new Android app. This Android app is already developed and we need the support to add AWS Authentication.
• As the Android app has proprietary software we cannot share it to the integrator. So it is expected from the SW development consultant
o shall give the detailed steps to create the Authentication steps in AWS cloud
o shall provide the example Android code and support the integration of the Authentication in our Android app.
o the app shall expect the OTP thru Email & SMS
o the app work with multiple android users, the enabling of the application in AWS
Expected deliverables:
• Small Android example code in Java
• Documentation steps to integrate Android app – AWS side steps and Android side steps
• Confirmation of working of our app with Authentication
