Insurance Mobile Claims submission application (for IOS and Android)

US based Developers only. would like a simple app that allows our clients to generate a new claim on their phone, take a few pictures, fill out a few fields, then send the claim to us. We would need to have secure login (we will provide a login server, most likely on Azure, but could be Amazon AWS as well if you are more comfortable with that), 2fa text confirmation for new device registration, secure (encrypted) email sending of the claim to our dedicated claims mailbox. The pages to include would be a page for claims summaries, a click through for each claim to see the status, a Login page, a new claims page, and a settings page for user settings changes. Since we have multiple lines of business (workers compensation, fleet, commercial, student accident) we'd like the ability to add different fields depending on what Line of Business the user has on their policy. We would also need the ability to push (or check for) updates if necessary to the application. We require the code files when completed. NOTE: if you're an Confirmed apple developer and can post to the apple store (same for Android), that will influence whether you are awarded the contract.
