Install me One already made Ionic app and Produce sdk apps

I have one editted project !
It consists of a Multi vendor Food Project admin panel in laravel and Ionic based React Apps

I want someone to make it functional and run it
Because It was working fine and suddenly my Server got crashed now i want you to install it on new Server
