Instagram Posts & Reels Generator for Athlete Profile

I'm in search of a user-friendly Instagram Posts & Reels generator that can display an "Athlete Profile". The generator should create both posts and reels, and ideally, it will be semi-automated with some customization options, but it could be fully manual as well.
The generator should either work on Android or PC. An existing "off the shelf" application or generator would be fine. It should allow to directly use or create templates.
Key Requirements:
- The content generated should include action photos, as well as detailed descriptions and statistics about the athlete.
- It should allow for a degree of manual editing, but not to the point where it's overly time-consuming or complex.
- The tool should be intuitive, making it easy to use even for those with limited technical skills.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
