Instagram Follower Mobile App Developer

Looking for an experienced and English fluent app developer to create an Instagram followers app for Android platform. The main purpose behind this is to collect user data from Instagram by using third-party app. You should also be good with written English because you will need to write a word document explaining how you have implemented/programmed features in the app. The code should be your own and should not be copied from the internet.

Preferred programming language – Java, Flutter, or any others
Integration with Firebase would be useful.
