Inspection Job Marketplace App
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m building a mobile marketplace where I post inspection jobs and certified inspectors claim them in real time.
An app that notifies inspectors of available inspections. Inspector who chooses the job gets it. Customer chooses date/time of inspection, payment method. Inspection is posted to App for Inspectors to see. Inspector accepts inspection and date/time. Inspector completes inspection, clicks complete, customer's payment method is charged, inspector is paid (minus admin fee). The app has to run smoothly on both iOS and Android, so a single code-base approach such as Flutter or React Native makes sense, but I’m open to your proven stack.
Core flow
• Account creation is mandatory for every user—owners and inspectors alike.
• Owners create a job post, attach photos, notes, location and due date, then publish.
• Inspectors receive push notifications, review available details and tap “Take Job” to reserve it. If multiple inspectors tap at once, the first to confirm gets it and the post locks.
• A live dashboard tracks each job’s status from “Posted” through “In-Progress” to “Completed.”
• When the inspection is finished the inspector uploads the final report (PDF, photos, signature) directly inside the app; the owner is alerted instantly.
I need:
1. UX/UI wireframes approved before coding starts.
2. Full front-end and back-end implementation, including secure login, role-based views and real-time job availability.
3. Deployed builds to TestFlight and Google Play Console for testing, then production release.
4. Clean, well-documented source code stored in a private Git repo, plus a short hand-off session so my in-house team can maintain it.
Success looks like owners posting inspections in under a minute, inspectors grabbing jobs without latency, and uploaded reports appearing flawlessly in the owner’s dashboard. Let’s keep communication tight and milestones small so we can iterate quickly and launch on schedule.
