Inquiry for Collaboration on Developing a Gamified App for Marine Conservation

First, I would like to say that if you would like to do these , it will be for free . We don't have any money for paying , because we are doing only an school proyect. But we will be very grateful if you help us
We are 4th-year ESO students from JM Bilbao High School, participating in the First Lego League, where the scientific challenge is to design an innovative solution to address real-world problems affecting marine plant research or deep-sea ecosystems.
We have developed an idea to create a gamified application that facilitates marine conservation and promotes citizen participation. Our app would include four main features:
Volunteer Announcements: A space where companies or organizations can post tasks related to marine ecosystem care (e.g., monitoring or data collection). Volunteers can sign up and earn points upon completing these tasks.
Volunteer Leaderboard: A ranking system to encourage active participation through a points system.
Rewards Store: A section where accumulated points can be redeemed for prizes or recognition.
Profile Management: A personal space to manage completed activities and track individual progress.
We would like to know if you could help us estimate a minimum budget to implement this idea. We understand this is a complex calculation, but any guidance, whether on costs, potential tools, or collaborators, would be immensely helpful for advancing our project.
