I need an experienced Android app developer to create an application focused on infant child monitoring.

Budget is very minimum for college purpose

Key functionalities required are:

*Requirement Specifications: Infant Monitoring App*

1. Login System:
- Each baby has a unique login ID and password for accessing the app.
- Upon successful login, users are directed to the main menu.

2. Main Menu Features:
- Baby Information:
- Display the baby's name, weight, body temperature, oxygen level, and humidity.
- Sensor readings should be updated every hour and displayed in real-time.

- Speech Detection using YOSO Algorithm:
- Implement YOSO algorithm for speech detection.
- Record and store voices of the mother, father, and nurse.
- Alert system to indicate if any other voices are detected within a 25-meter radius of the incubator.

- Live Camera Feed:
- Ensure continuous live streaming of the camera fixed inside the incubator, providing CCTV monitoring.
- Ensure the camera feed is accessible at all times through the app.

Optional Features:
- *Baby Facial Expression Indicator:*
- Utilize CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) for detecting baby facial expressions.
- Indicate if the baby is crying, smiling, or sleeping through the app interface.

- User Interface:
- Design an intuitive and user-friendly interface for easy navigation and interaction.
- Ensure compatibility with various screen sizes and resolutions for both mobile and tablet devices.

- Reliability and Performance:
- Ensure the app operates smoothly without glitches or downtime.
- Optimize performance to handle real-time sensor data updates and video streaming effectively.

The preferred candidate will have previous experience in developing Android applications with similar functionalities. Knowledge and experience with real-time monitoring and tracking systems are highly desirable.
