Improving the frontend of an Android / Kotlin application

We are looking for a very experienced frontend developer to help us improve the frontend of our mobile application; we shall start with one section of the application; the application is already in production, its just improving the frontend, and give us XML file. The app is an android app, developed in kotlin. We shall provide you with an Adobe XD file, work on the frontend, and give us XML files.

Its needed urgently, so the deadline is very tight, within 7 days, it should be done. And our budget is $200, because its just a section of the app, and just frontend only.
