Implement In App Purchase for iOS App

We have an app on iOS and Android App Stores and would like a developer to consult with our developer to identify a coding issue with In App Purchase process. This will require a consultation.
The only issue is that when users select to cancel the in app purchase on iOS, ads are temporarily removed but once the user closes and reopens the app the ads reappear.
You can verify this by going to https://www.trackapitchapp.com/download-now and downloading the Apple version. This works correctly on Android. This individual will need to be willing to work with our developer and review code in a Zoom meeting.
