IPTV Player App Fix & Updates

I have an IPTV player app developed in Android Studio with PHP scripting to manage certain sections of the app. The following tasks will be done in the app:

1- Fixing some bug issues in the player.
- The bugs primarily involve playback issues and user interface glitches.

2- Enabling the splash screen image and music to be managed via the admin panel.
- This question was skipped by the user.

3- Making changes and updates to some permission connections in the PHP admin panel.
- This involves user access levels, feature access, and data management permissions.

I am looking for a full-stack developer who is highly skilled in Kotlin, Java, and Android Studio, and has experience with PHP, including bchath extensions, JSON, mbstrings, cURL, and SQL.
