An IOT device (Raspberry Pi based) prototype along with an android app

The project shall have the following modules:
1. An android app consisting of the following:
a.) user login and registration (Authentication)
b.) Interface to add an IOT device (Something similar to registering Amazon Alexa to mobile app)
c.) Should be capable of sending and receiving data from IOT device
d.) shall have a back end database (Preferably AWS IOT based) to add register users and devices.

2. IOT device (Preferably Raspberry Pi) should be capable of the following:
a.) Shall have a camera capable of recognizing a person face
b:) Should be able to communicate to the android app in real time.

More Detailed requirement shall be shared eventually.
